Using this website

Accessibility on this website.

How we approach readable information, keyboard access and support when something gets in your way.

Features in this website

The site uses semantic page structure, descriptive navigation, visible keyboard focus, labeled controls, responsive layouts, and a reduced-motion preference. Important information is available in text rather than only in an illustration.

A practical commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing part of building and maintaining the site. Features can be improved as problems are identified. This statement does not claim independent certification or that every combination of device and assistive technology has been tested.

Tell us about a barrier

If a page or control prevents you from using the website, contact support@detailrcorp.com. Include the page address and a concise description of the difficulty, along with relevant device or assistive-technology information if you wish.

Do not include passwords, sensitive evidence, or emergency details. If urgent assistance is needed, call 911.

Clarity is part of access

People arrive with different devices, reading preferences and ways of interacting. Useful content should remain understandable when someone is using a keyboard, enlarging the page or reading without a decorative illustration. A source, instruction or call to action should not depend on interpreting color alone.

The revised website pairs color with labels and keeps explanatory text alongside illustrative product screens. Those illustrations are examples, not a required path through the information. Navigation and contact details are available as ordinary links. A visitor should be able to reach the substantive explanation without operating a simulated app.

Help us understand a specific barrier

When reporting a problem, describe what you were trying to do, the page involved and what prevented it. Include device, browser or assistive-technology information if you are comfortable doing so. A concise task description often makes a problem easier to reproduce than a general statement that a page is difficult.

The website remains subject to ongoing review. A design intention is not a declaration that every accessibility requirement has been independently verified. Feedback and observed testing should guide improvements, and the published statement should reflect actual work rather than promise a certification the company does not hold.

The standard guiding the work

We build and review this website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a technical target. The guidelines cover areas including text alternatives, keyboard access, contrast, headings, focus, reflow and usable controls. Meeting them requires checking actual pages and interactions, not choosing an accessible-looking palette.

Our approach uses ordinary HTML, readable text and links that can be followed without a visual effect. The marketing site does not require an account to read its public information. Essential product explanations are available as text rather than only inside an illustration.

Automated checks can identify some barriers. Manual keyboard, zoom and visual review are also needed, and the experience can vary across devices and assistive technology. This page does not claim an independent certification or a completed legal determination of ADA compliance.

Reading and navigating the pages

Use the skip link to move past the main navigation. Pages have a main content area and headings that organize the subject. The mobile navigation can be opened from its labeled control and closed with Escape. Links and buttons have visible keyboard focus.

External website links open in a new tab and include a notice for assistive technology. Internal links stay in the same tab, while email and telephone links use the relevant device action. An external-link symbol is a visual cue; the accessible notice supplies the meaning without requiring a reader to recognize the symbol.

Text should reflow on narrow screens and when enlarged. Data tables can need horizontal space, so they are treated separately from ordinary paragraphs. If something is clipped, unreadable or difficult to operate, that is useful information for the team to investigate.

Report a barrier without sending private information

Contact support@detailrcorp.com or call 925-201-5156. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and what prevented it. If relevant, add the device, browser and assistive technology you were using.

You do not need to include a medical diagnosis, password or case material. A brief account of the task and barrier is enough to begin. If you cannot use a page’s normal path, the direct email and telephone details provide another way to contact the team.

This page concerns the public website. Accessibility in the Lucas app or Sentinel application must be assessed in the actual version and operating environment. A website review does not establish that every separate product has passed the same checks.
